Hi, I'm Chantell. I enjoy creating practical and engaging learning solutions with the learners and business success in mind. 

I have three years of experience as an instructional designer. For the past 17 years I have been working in education, corporate and not-for-profit  sectors in Jamaica, Japan and Canada respectively. I have used my instructional, analytical, facilitation and communication skills to :

• Develop new and improve existing training content

• Facilitate and lead virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and instructor-led training (ILT)  

• Create microlearning resources for clients
